What to expect at your first visit

We'll greet you, review your health history, and take a few minutes to understand your goals and any concerns before we begin.
A thorough exam & cleaning
A complete checkup — including X-rays where needed — to assess your teeth, gums, and overall oral health, followed by a gentle professional cleaning.
A clear, honest plan
We'll walk you through anything we find in plain language and lay out your options, with no pressure and no surprises.
Time for your questions
There's never a rush. Ask us anything about your treatment, costs, or home care — we're happy to explain.
What to bring
- A photo ID (driver's license or similar)
- Your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
- A list of any medications you take
- Any recent dental records or X-rays, if you have them

No insurance? No problem. We offer flexible payment options to help make quality dental care affordable. Just ask our team and we’ll find a plan that works for you.
Anxious about the dentist? We’ve got you.
Dental anxiety is incredibly common, and it’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Our team is patient, gentle, and used to helping nervous patients feel at ease. Tell us what’s on your mind and we’ll take things slowly, explain every step before we do it, and make sure you stay comfortable from start to finish.
And because we’re a family-friendly practice, kids are right at home here too — we make their visits relaxed, positive, and even a little fun.

- How early should I arrive?
- Please arrive about 10–15 minutes early so we have time to get your paperwork sorted before your appointment.
- Do you see children?
- Absolutely. We're a family practice and we love welcoming kids — from a child's first visit through their teenage years.
- How long will my first visit take?
- Plan for about an hour. That gives us time for a complete exam, cleaning, and a relaxed conversation about your care.
- What if I'm nervous about the dentist?
- You're not alone, and we get it. Tell us how you're feeling and we'll go at your pace, explain each step, and keep you comfortable throughout.
