Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Molar360 Dental Clinic (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide through our appointment and contact forms — such as your name, phone number, email address, and any message or details you include. We ask that you not submit detailed protected health information through these forms; this website is not a secure medical records system, and any health details are discussed when you come in.
We also automatically collect limited technical and usage data (such as approximate location by country, device/browser type, pages viewed, and referring source) through analytics, as described below.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and coordinate your care, and communicate with you about your appointment. We use usage data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. It may set cookies or similar identifiers and processes data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device information. We show a notice about this on your first visit; you can also limit it through your browser settings or browser-level opt-outs. We never include health information in analytics.
Service providers
Form submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore) and email notifications are delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices (including California residents)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to deletion, and we do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Data retention & security
We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond and for our recordkeeping, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
